When life and love have torn apart your heart, where do the shattered pieces lie?

The brute Blaez stood motionless staring at the colorless glacier that stood before him. It was captivating under the light of the stars. It made him feel... sad. Something must have happed here a long time ago... was this the source of the pain? No.. It was the music that had brought him here.
Walled optics peirced through the cold night, and straight into the glacier. there was something on the side ledge, and he didn't know what it was. It was brightly polished abalone, and there was a golden rim around the side. It was as if it were calling to him. He stared at it for sometime more, he'd lost track of reality for 30 minutes or so. Shaking it off, he thought to himself What am I doing just standing around? With that, powerful muscles rippled underneath his smokewashed peltage, Propelling him straight at the large mass of ice. As he approached the end of the smoothe ice he stopped running, using the slippery surface to his advantage. For a moment he was air born, hurling straight at the ice, the cold sea faring below him. Blaez's dagger ejected into the ice. Blaez was just a small dot on th large glacier. Blaez's muscles strained under his own weight. he struggled looking to his right, seeing a small ledge that would hold out for about 10 seconds. That's enough time...
Blaez's daggers retracted and he let go, landing on the small ledge underneath him, Jumping to the ledge at the right. He sprang up just in time to get to the next ledge, a solid one. Blaez squinted up. There was an indent in the glacier a little while up. Resting for a breif second, he darted around a narrow path that collapsed behind him as he ran it wound around the great mass of ice. There was a small indent in the ice, sort of like a cave, approaching swiftly, and inside it was the beautiful thing that he'd seen earlier. As he came apon the cavern, he shifted his weight to the left so he would shoot into the cave. His plan succeded, but it was smaller than he'd thought, so she went crashing into the wall.
His head ached, but he saw the gleaming box and walked unclearly towards the box. It shimmered a deep pink with a mix of soft blues and purples as well. The rim of it was crafted of finely spun gold, and in the center, was depicted of two humans dancing. His wet nares nosed the box, and it opened. A sad rich melody that he could relate to his own life poured out. He silently lay down, his head on his pads, lids falling heavily over his brown and grey orbs. The freezing world seemed to melt aways the soft melody stuck fast in his memory. He had heard it before... Somewhere long ago perhaps. Sleep eluded him and the freezing world melted away, to the gentle melody of the music box, and the smell of a wolf drawing closer.

A wolf's golden eyes watched the iceberg cautiously, not quick sure whether to jump on or not. There might be danger out there she didn't know of.. But then again, couldn't she protect herself? After a short hesitation, she padded on, making her steps careful so not to slip. Soon the iceberg was no longer flat, but had many ledges. It only took a moment for her to consider, and she chose to jump on it. So she simply launched herself forward; her front landing successfully for the most part. But her hind legs slid forward after her paws became too loose, putting her in an awkward position for a single moment. A loud yelp escaped her vocals, fumbling a little to get herself in a better position. She didn't want to really injure herself.
Sighing quietly, she trotted forward, eying the next ledge with a wary expression. Was she actually going to climb that again? She let out a light huff, not quite ready to face the ledges again. Even going down. So she would be stuck in this little area..well, it was all she had. She lowered herself, lying her head on the ground and looking off toward the lower land almost bitterly. Go on. Go down and get yourself injured. A pack will really want you then. She curled herself to better resemble a circle, but only getting herself in a more comfortable position. Her eyes did not shut; she was too nervous. Hopefully she would be able to join a pack quickly.
